Can i Get Free Registration?

Sorry We don’t offer free registration at HimVAS 2024.All the speakers and delegate has to register.

What is Refund Policy?

All registration is final.We cannot process refund after payment.We can change name to other person if we receive written email within 10 days before conference.

Do I need VISA to enter Nepal?

You can get VISA on arrival at Kathmandu Airport at $30 for 15 days ,excepts people from these 13 countries: Nigeria,Ghana,Zimbabwe,Swaziland,Cameroon,Somalia,Liberia,Ethiopia,

Iraq,Palestine,Afghanistan,Syria, Refugees with travel document. If you are coming from these country Apply Visa prior arrival from nearby Diplomatic missions (Embassies/consulates) of Nepal Government.

How do i get Invitation Letter?

Just email us at info@himvas.com if you need invitation letter to apply VISA. Remember if you can get Visa on Arrival you don’t need invitation letter.

How to get SIM card of Nepal?

You can get SIM Card at Airport. Make sure you carry 1 photo and your passport Photocopy. It will cost around $5.
